Founded by Launceston locals Zac & Kristy, our team has many years worth of combined experience in business, management & accounting, which is backed up by relevant academic and vocational training to ensure we provide accurate, trusted advice, actionable insights and informed guidance to our clients.

Zac Lockhart
Zac is a co-founder and Partner at Ridgeview Guidance, where he leverages his extensive experience in business strategy and management to empower business owners to thrive. With a solid background in strategic management, Zac has successfully owned and operated a media/publishing business and has held leadership roles in the non-profit sector.
In addition to his work at Ridgeview Guidance, Zac is a dedicated Mental Health First Aid Instructor, passionate about making a difference in the community. He also continues to contribute to the non-profit sector through a part-time leadership role. Zac holds an MBA along with other academic qualifications in business and management, and is deeply committed to continuous learning, ensuring he stays ahead of industry trends to provide clients with the most effective advice and support.
Kristy Williams
Kristy is a co-founder and Partner at Ridgeview Guidance, where she leverages over a decade of experience in administration, management, and financial coordination. Her passion for numbers has guided her career towards bookkeeping, making her a vital asset to both Ridgeview Guidance and its clients.
Kristy holds qualifications in Accounting & Bookkeeping, along with Leadership & Management, which enhance her ability to provide reliable financial support to clients. She is skilled in using industry-standard accounting software, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management.
Dedicated to honesty and integrity, Kristy approaches client relationships with professionalism and a friendly attitude. She remains focused on continuous learning, staying current with industry trends through her membership with the Australian Bookkeepers Network and regular updates from the ATO.
